The hotel is budget, but you definaitly a get a lot for what you pay for. The rooms are clean, everything works. Peter (the owner/manager?), is so helpful and really goes beyond to help out. I would definitely recommend for a cheap and comfy place to stay in Blackpool
Me and my partner stayed here last night. We were on a budget so chose this hotel based on the price and the location too. It's situated between the south and central pier and a 10 minute walk to the Tower. Peter was absolutely lovely. Really really welcoming and shown us around, shown us where extra towels and tea, coffee etc was. Even let us check in an hour early and shown us a bigger room for when we return with the children. He was also very informative about what was nearby and good places to eat, and a local shop that's open till midnight. On top of the early check in, we also got late check out free of charge. Peter couldn't have been more friendly and helpful if he tried. The room was simple but absolutely everything we needed. You don't go to Blackpool to sit in your room anyway, but it did us perfectly to rest and revive ready for the next day. Thanks again Peter, we will return. Toni & Corey
Stayed overnight for the fireworks for what we paid it was great. Stayed in room 5 plenty of room, beds were comfy and the bedding was clean. Free WiFi and Paul the owner was friendly and polite. The hotel doesnt do breakfast but there are plenty of cafes around to choose from. Its a 5 minute walk from the car park and the promenade, excellent location, and quiet at night. Even got a view of the tower ! Bargain as you don't go to blackpool to stay in your room !
Room for 3 booked, given room for 4 (double bed &bunks) as requested low floor-ensuite shower and loo, central heating was perfect, clean and tidy, very basic but all we needed. Close to the promenade, chippy in walking distance, corner shop, and pub. Near the south pier, so fab to get to illuminations etc, TV room with pool table, and teacoffee and hot choc, and parked right outside. Peter the manager was hilarious, and couldn't help more. Very happy stay for us, Mum and 2 kids, going to Friends Fest!!!!! Would absolutely stay again.
It's a budget hotel. Which. Is exactly what I got and expected, the room was clean and furniture a bit battered but as a budget hotel this was as expected and shouldn't the a negative. One massive bonus however is that the host is lovely, so very helpful, thoughtful and understanding. We arrived early check in (my daughter's "paddle in the sea" turned into a full on faceplant so a drowned sandy 5 year old while he was trying to get clean and organised could have been less than welcome. He was really understanding though and let us check in early, swapping us rooms to one that was ready so she could grab a shower. He pointed out where extra towels were if needed and stopped for a chat when we were on our way out for the afternoon. It's located just off the main street so some car and people noise but away from any clubs etc. Overall I'll be back when I'm in Blackpool for a cheap stay.
Very clean with comfortable bed. Extremely friendly staff and excellent location, near the beach and entertainment venues. Our two boys age 11and 8 have said if we come to Blackpool again, they would definitely like to stay here. In a word fantastic!
This hotel was possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in! From the creaky floors too the falling apart ceiling, the broken bed and dirty bed sheets was a nice touch, most importantly the no heating and very cold temperatures made me feel right at home! Only negative thing I can point out is we had too much milk sachets in the room so shared it with the seagull on our window platform(great guy) we was greeted and welcomed in such a warm manner that it made me feel like I was staying at a family members place! Would 100% stay here again, much love the blue noses
Top guy so friendly, its a room!. It comes.with towels soap and toiletroll!... a night away!. Man who greeted us was so nice. He was fab with my kids!. Even the one who wanted more pillows .. cant complain!. Not 5* but suited my family two adults three kids and we felt 'safe' and close to the beach!. Will go again!.
